PM ERA offers scheduling services from the bid stage throughout the project. In addition to the CPM schedule, a linear schedule is required for this project. Early in the schedule submission, PM ERA efficiently reviewed and modified the client’s schedule for compliance with contract requirements (Schedule 12 – Work Schedule Requirements) and industry best practices, leveraging past experiences to expedite approval and save time and costs. After the contract is awarded, the cost and resources are loaded into the schedule to create the baseline schedule. Throughout project execution, we deliver monthly progress schedules, earned value reports, and schedule narratives. All project schedule reports, including all versions of the baseline schedule, monthly updates, schedule changes and earned value charts and tables, are accessible to the client through our project control dashboard.
